Proving the effectiveness of our solution process

Our new democratic solution process should be validated. How can we prove our process? To trust our new democratic solution process, we need to answer the following three questions.

1. Would our democratic solution process achieve better solutions than the government does now?

2. Would our process represent US adult citizens legitimately?

3. How could we do a pilot project to validate the democratic solution process?
