Citizens participate by expressing their voice and making many small decisions or judgements through two activities, entering statements and assessing the statements of others. Assessing the statements of others consists of agreeing or disagreeing with statements made by them. Therefore, agreeing or disagreeing with a statement is equivalent to making the statement yourself, but it is much faster.
