Brent Naseath

About the Author

Of the myriads of approaches to governing the masses, none is quite as relevant and compelling as Brent's that emphasizes invention, innovation, problem solving, and process. Brent is uniquely qualified to bring these together through his life experiences, being exposed from his earliest years to a wide variety of environments that shaped the direction of his life and his book.

Over five summers as a teenager, Brent worked in a logging operation, a lumber mill, and underground in a gold mine. After high school, he served as a missionary for two years under a military dictatorship in South America. He went on to invent the first laserdisc-based simulator system at age 26 that was later purchased for $104 million by DARPA for military simulations. As a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Brent worked as the VP of Innovation for five large corporations and as an independent management consultant solving large and complex challenges and inventing solutions for Fortune 500 companies including seven of the Fortune 100.

His straightforward approach to improving government processes to eliminate problems and maximize their potential is a product of his almost genetic, uncanny ability to recognize glitches or bugs in complex processes, his passion for continual improvement, and his keen intellectual prowess combined with his broad experience in many industries and countries during his 45-year career.

While working to pay the bills and to contribute their talents to help humanity, Brent and his wife Joy carve out time for their shared passion of growing their own organic food to supplement their health-conscious lifestyle.
